It's time to sell my almost completely restored 1965 pontiac gto convertible with 3x2's & 4 speed w/console. It has been in storage for about 4 years now. Everything is there to complete it - the trunk is full of new, replacement parts & supplies. I started restoring it over 14 years ago & it's almost finished but now i'm full time caregiver for my mom & don't have time to finish the few things it needs. It can't be in the garage & i can't bear to see it continue sitting under the carport any longer. Engine was completely rebuilt with everything new & barely broken in with the 4-barrel intake & headers on it now & we turn it over every month or so. The original tripower intake was bead blasted & painted. I have the original carbs, & air cleaners (carbs need rebuilt - kits included). The original muncie 4-speed transmission was rebuilt with all new synchronizers & bearings. A complete, brand new, 4-speed console top is still in the box, base needs repaint. All new brakes - everything new from dual master cylinder to rear drums upgraded to front disc brakes with all new metal brake & fuel lines & hoses. All new suspension - new springs, shocks, ball joints, control arm bushings, body frame bushings, etc. Every piece of rubber was replaced as was the new gas tank. Sold with rally wheels & good tires - wheels & tires in pictures are from another vehicle. I bought from original owner & drove it home - shows less than 66,000 orig. New windshield & all new body weatherstripping was added. I had it painted original color years ago. It has solid floors & it only needed minor repairs to very bottom of the quarters. Trunk floor had some rust damage & was completely replaced with all new metal. All new interior - seat upholstery, carpet, door panels, arm rests, handles, pedals, trim, etc. Only needs a few things finished. Have a brand new convertible top ready to install (as soon as weather warms up). The brand new top, pads, well cover, boot, trim & all new weatherstrip & seals are all included.
